EY Malta

Built the practice's multidisciplinary consulting capability — propositions, engagement methods, delivery governance and talent pathways — scaling the team significantly, and developing enterprise AI adoption frameworks connecting use-case portfolios, architecture, governance and workforce adoption. Practical contributions include:

  • Helping organisations establish Enterprise Architecture and Data Governance capability
  • Implementing Data Platforms based on the Data Lakehouse concept in Financial Services and Aviation
  • Transforming SDLC with Agentic AI capability through enterprise-grounded Knowledge Graphs
  • Modernising Core Systems through adoption of Domain-Driven Design

The practice was recognised with Microsoft Country Partner of the Year and Pega Consulting Partner of the Year EMEA.

2010 – 2017

Director, Technology Infrastructure Strategy & Architecture

Credit Suisse — New York

Created a global Public Cloud enablement framework and cross-functional operating model; defined target architectures and multi-year roadmaps for workplace, collaboration and mobility, including the transition to Microsoft 365; designed an Innovation Lifecycle and established an Innovation Lab.

Private Banking Regional IT Architect, EMEA

Credit Suisse — Zurich

Built and governed the EMEA Private Banking architecture method, establishing the Front Applications Target Architecture and reusable integration, security and solution patterns across international entities.

2002 – 2006

Project Manager & Technical Lead, International Online Banking

Credit Suisse — Zurich

Architected and led the international rollout of online-banking capabilities for high-net-worth clients across Europe and the Americas, using service-oriented architecture and reusable integration approaches.
